The New Zealand Law Librarians' Association is the professional organisation for those working with legal information in New Zealand. We aim to support and promote the interests of our members by providing networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities, working to improve access to legal information through maintaining contacts with Government, publishers and other key groups, and building links with other professional groups in New Zealand and our counterparts overseas. We regularly lobby Government and public bodies on key issues related to legal information, and continually work to further the interests of legal information professionals and those requiring access to legal information. We maintain a relationship with LIANZA , the Library and Information Association of New Zealand Aotearoa. This agreement was concluded in 2001. For overseas colleagues looking for New Zealand material we have put the relevant links in this section. 16.7.10 PJN |
