2.  The President has announced the winner of the 2008 NZLLA / LexisNexis International Scholarship. Kate Anthony is the 2008 scholarship winner. Kate is the Librarian at the Parliamentary Counsel Office. She will be representing NZLLA at the Joint Study Institute 2008 in Washington D.C. in June. Kate will also be part of the Presidents' Program, entitled "Authentication of Online Primary Legal Resources : Here and Abroad" and will report on progress in this area in New Zealand.
